Compare pressure-only, force-reading and test gauges, with the range and connection matched to your equipment.
- G, H & GP analog gaugesG-Series glycerine-filled gauges include ranges up to 15,000 psi. H-Series and GP-Series provide dry-dial options.
- GF force & pressure gauges4-inch dials with 0–10,000 psi pressure scales and model-specific force scales up to 200 tons. Match the force scale to the cylinder.
- DGR2 digital & T-Series test gaugesDigital pressure measurement up to 20,000 psi; dedicated T-Series proof-test models with ranges up to 50,000 psi.
- Gauge accessoriesAdaptors, gauge assemblies, swivel adaptors, shut-off valves and snubbers.
Hydraulic Hoses
Choose by hose family, length, operating pressure and end connections. Dimensions and ratings vary by model.
- H700 standard hydraulic hosesThermoplastic assemblies in 2–50 ft lengths, rated to 10,000 psi, with 0.25- and 0.38-inch internal diameter options.
- THQ torque-wrench hosesTwin hoses in 6, 19.5 and 39 ft lengths for 10,000 psi torque-wrench systems.
- Cutter & tensioning hosesCH720 cutter assemblies are 20 ft long. HT-Series hoses serve dedicated bolt-tensioning systems rated to 21,750 psi.
- Other hose optionsH900 heavy-duty rubber hoses and 3027 / 1440 sealed hand-pump hose families. Ask Northland about Canadian availability of H900 models.
Hydraulic Oil
Choose the specified oil grade and package size for your pump, from small service containers to bulk workshop supply.
- HF100 & HF101HF-Series hydraulic oil in 1-quart and 1-US-gallon containers.
- HF102 & HF104Larger HF-Series packages: 5-US-gallon pails and 55-US-gallon drums.
- LX101 hand-pump oilLX-Series oil in a 1-US-gallon container for hand pumps specifying this grade.
- Match the pump specificationHF is used in powered-pump applications. LX is formulated for hand pumps and must not be used in powered pumps. Follow your equipment manual.
Manifolds & Fittings
Find couplers, fittings, manifolds and valves for connecting and controlling 10,000 psi hydraulic systems.
- 1/4- & 3/8-inch couplersHigh-flow C604, flush-face F604, regular A604 / A630 and T630 torque-wrench couplers; complete sets and individual halves.
