Northland Air Hydraulics can help match a Power Team pump to an existing cylinder, tool or complete hydraulic system. Send the model you are replacing or the required pressure, oil volume, cycle speed, valve function and available power source.
No. Many Power Team pump families are designed for operation up to 10,000 psi, but there are important exceptions. P23 is a 3,000 psi hand pump, PA50 is a 3,200 psi air-pump family, P59L-1500 models are 21,750 psi specialty hand pumps, and PA90 Assemble-to-Order bases are 5,000 psi.
Match the valve function to the hydraulic circuit. Single-acting cylinders generally use pressure to advance and return oil to tank, while double-acting cylinders require hydraulic control in both directions and typically use a 4-way valve.
Two-speed pumps provide higher oil delivery at low pressure for faster approach, then shift to lower flow at high pressure once the load is engaged.
Yes. Send the cylinder or tool model, required pressure, oil capacity, target cycle time and available power source. Northland can help compare usable oil capacity, loaded flow and valve requirements.
Send Northland the model you are replacing or tell us the cylinder/tool, pressure, oil volume, cycle speed and available power source.
Browse Power Team equipment, then send Northland the model or application you need priced.
