Do you repair equipment from brands other than Enerpac?
Yes. Northland sells and repairs equipment from multiple hydraulic and pneumatic manufacturers. Repair acceptance depends on the specific model, condition and availability of parts.
Can I bring hydraulic equipment to your Edmonton shop?
Yes. Contact Northland before drop-off to confirm intake and the equipment information required.
Can Northland test and certify my equipment?
Northland performs applicable equipment inspection, functional testing, pressure testing, calibration and certification within the agreed service scope. Documents are supplied where applicable to the equipment and service.
Does Northland perform a customer’s hydrostatic testing job?
No. Northland supplies, repairs and tests the equipment used to perform hydrostatic tests. The customer or their testing contractor carries out the actual test on the customer’s piping, vessels or installations.
Do I need to know what is wrong before requesting service?
No. Share the manufacturer, model or serial number if known, the symptoms and any photos. Northland can advise on next steps after reviewing the equipment details.
Can you help if repair is not economical?
Northland can discuss replacement equipment, available components and rental options depending on the equipment and application.
