Enerpac Hydraulic Gauges
Pressure guessing is not a maintenance strategy. Enerpac hydraulic gauges help you see what the system is actually doing — pressure, force, test pressure, and peak readings — before something expensive starts making noises it should not be making.
Use G-Series for everyday hydraulic pressure monitoring, H-Series for high-cycle or harsher environments, DGR when you want digital accuracy, T-Series when proof testing gets serious, GP-Series for pressure-only checking, and GF-Series when you need pressure plus force/load reference.
G and H-Series gauges are the classic “watch the system before it bites you” gauges. The G-Series is glycerine-filled for longer life and better damping. The H-Series is a dry gauge built for high-cycle and harsher environments.
- Dual scale reading calibrated in psi and bar
- G-Series pressure sensing parts are sealed and dampened by glycerine for long life
- G-Series includes safety blow-out disk and pressure equalizing membrane
- H-Series is ideal for high-cycle and harsh environments
- Gauge snubbers or needle valves are recommended for high-cycle applications
- Available in lower mount and center rear configurations

The DGR2 is the “stop squinting at the needle” gauge. It gives you a clear digital readout, multiple pressure units, and better accuracy for monitoring hydraulic system pressure up to 20,000 psi.
- Rated for system pressure up to 20,000 psi
- Displays in psi, bar, MPa, and kg/cm²
- Zero reset ensures the gauge reads actual pressure
- Back-lit readout for low-light or awkward shop conditions
- Battery condition indicator on read-out
- Menu-driven selectable shut-off
- IP65 protection, UL listed, CE and RoHS compliant
- Protective cover included
| Model | psi Range | psi Resolution | bar Range | bar Resolution | MPa Range | MPa Resolution | kg/cm² Range | kg/cm² Resolution | Weight |

T-Series gauges are for proof testing and high-pressure systems where a basic gauge is not invited. They are made for serious test pressure, big readable faces, and controlled hydraulic testing.
- Dual scale reading calibrated in psi and bar
- Spring-loaded backs with rubber blow-out plugs protect the case assembly during over-pressurization
- Integral maximum indicator pointer included
- 40,000 and 50,000 psi models include flange mounting
- 1/2" NPTF versions are made from high-strength alloy steel
- 0.25" cone models are made from 316 stainless steel, with 403 stainless steel on 40,000 and 50,000 psi models

GP-Series gauges are the straight pressure-checking option. Use them for measuring pressure in hydraulic systems and testing applications when you need psi/bar readings without overcomplicating the job.
| Model | Pressure Range | Bar Range | Units per Division | Thread | Required Gauge Adaptor |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| GP10S | 0 - 10,000 psi | 0 - 700 bar | 100 psi / 10 bar | 1/2" NPTF | GA1 or GA2 |
| GP15S | 0 - 15,000 psi | 0 - 1000 bar | 200 psi / 10 bar | 1/2" NPTF | GA1 or GA2 |
GF-Series gauges show pressure and force together, which is handy when the job is less “what pressure are we at?” and more “how much force are we actually putting into this thing?”
- Dual scale reading for pressure and force
- Pressure sensing parts are sealed and dampened by glycerine for longer life
- Stainless steel cases for corrosion resistance
- Fast, easy installation
- Metric scale versions are available by changing suffix “P” to “B”
