Think Safety: For better stability and longer cylinder life, it is recommended that cylinders operate within approximately 80% of total stroke whenever possible. Lock nut cylinders should always be supported on a solid lifting surface and used within the manufacturer’s rated limits.

LPL Series – Low-Height Lock Nut Cylinders

Low-height lock nut cylinders designed for jobs where clearance is tight and the load needs to stay supported safely.
Mechanical lock nut provides positive load holding once the lift is complete.
Integrated tilt saddle helps handle minor misalignment during lifting.
Built for confined lifting areas where a standard cylinder will not fit.
Single-acting, gravity-return design.
Important: These cylinders require a solid lifting surface. Using them on sand, mud, dirt, or unstable ground can damage the cylinder.

HCL Series – High-Tonnage Lock Nut Cylinders

Single-acting, gravity-return lock nut cylinders built for heavy lifting and long-term load holding.
Lock nut provides positive and safe mechanical load support over extended periods.
Designed to handle side loading up to 10% of maximum capacity when used properly.
Replaceable bearings support the plunger throughout the stroke and help manage wear.
Certified lifting eyes and base mounting holes are standard.
These are well suited for foundation support, bridge work, leveling, and heavy structural applications.

RACL Series – Aluminum Lock Nut Cylinders

Lightweight aluminum lock nut cylinders built for portable long-term load support.
Mechanical lock nut allows loads to be held securely for extended periods.
Hardened steel stop ring improves resistance to side loads and wear.
High-strength return spring provides quick retraction after unloading.
Handles, CR400 coupler and dust cap are included on all models.
These are a strong fit for bridge work, support work, and jobs where weight matters.

Double-acting lock nut cylinders built for hydraulic advance and fast controlled retract.
Mechanical lock nut provides safe load holding once the lift is complete.
Integrated tilt saddle helps manage up to 5 degrees of misalignment.
Designed to handle up to 10% side load of maximum capacity.
Certified lifting eyes, collar thread and base mounting holes are standard.
Well suited for heavy structural lifting, synchronized lifting, and multi-point jobs.
