Enerpac Low-Pressure Hand Pumps
Enerpac low-pressure hand pumps are designed for single-acting cylinders and tools that do not require 10,000 psi. Models cover maximum pressure ratings from 2,500 to 5,000 psi with usable oil capacities from 18 to 200 in³.
Low-pressure hand pumps are most likely to be used for clamping, positioning, fixture systems, low-pressure cylinders, machine controls and industrial applications where full 10,000 psi hydraulic pressure is unnecessary. P25 and P50 pump oil on both forward and reverse handle movement, which can be useful where mounting space is restricted.

Enerpac MP-Series multifluid hand pumps are corrosion-resistant two-speed pumps for low-pressure filling and high-pressure testing. Standard Nitrile seals support a range of fluids including demineralized water, oil/water emulsions, water-glycols and mineral oils, with optional EPDM seals for applications such as Skydrol or brake fluids.
MP-Series pumps are most likely to be used for hydrostatic testing, pressure testing, fluid transfer, commissioning, maintenance and specialty hydraulic systems where the working fluid may not be standard hydraulic oil. Pump ratings range from 1,500 to 14,500 psi, and the pumps require an external reservoir.

The Enerpac P392FP is a two-speed 10,000 psi hydraulic foot pump with 30 in³ of usable oil capacity. Its foot-operated design leaves both hands free to position or control the connected hydraulic cylinder or tool, while a large foot-pad release valve controls load descent.

Common Questions About Enerpac Hand Pumps
What is the difference between a single-speed and two-speed hand pump?
A two-speed pump moves more oil at low pressure for faster cylinder advance, then switches to lower displacement as pressure rises. A single-speed pump uses one displacement rate through its operating range.
Which manual pump works with a double-acting cylinder?
A double-acting cylinder requires a pump with the proper 4-way valve arrangement. On the standard hand-pump ranges, P842, P84 and P464 are specifically configured for double-acting cylinders. HP-SD sealed hand pumps are also double-acting configurations.
How do I know how much pump oil capacity I need?
The pump must have enough usable oil to cover the cylinder oil requirement with appropriate system allowance. Larger or multiple cylinders may require a higher-capacity pump such as P802, P842, P462 or P464.
Can a 40,000 psi pump be connected to standard 10,000 psi components?
No. Ultra-high-pressure systems require components specifically rated for the working pressure. Use compatible high-pressure fittings, tubing, gauges and accessories for the selected pump pressure.
